JY6JY is a dedicated ground station to be used for communication with JY1-SAT; Jordan’s first CubeSat. All commands to JY1-SAT will be up-linked from this ground station on UHF/VHF band.
JY6JY was built and fully equipped and operated by the initiative’s team in the summer of 2016 and is located in Amman, Jordan at the Royal Jordanian Radio Amateurs Society (RJRAS).

A principle telecommunications device of the ground station is the Yagi antenna controlled via Rotator and Controller which connected to Rotator PC Interface then computer.
